In an instance of a delay, AcademiaOne will make every effort to contact the customer and remedy the situation. If you are at any point unhappy with any of the services provided to you by us, we will review your work, and have it thoroughly checked by an additional academic. We will ensure that we meet your requirements for the services you have asked for, however, even after all other options have been exhausted we will happily refund you your money if you are still not satisfied. 1. In times when refunds are issued, it is necessary for the client to write an email to finance@academiaone.co.uk requesting a refund with the relevant explanation for the refund. Then AcademiaOne, has 10-14 workings days to reply and to take action.2. If a refund is agreed on by writing through email with AcademiaOne and a client, then the refund will be issued in installments which will be spread out over a 3 months for orders under £1,000 or equivalent in another currency. For orders over £1,000 but under £5,000 will be spread over 6 months. For orders over £5,000 the refund will be spread out over 12 months.
If any of our terms of use are breached or violated by a customer, AcademiaOne reserves the right to terminate all contractual and service obligations with the customer. A contract is commenced between a client and AcademiaOne as soon as payment is received. Moreover, receipt of payment confirms the customer’s intention to initiate the servicing process. If a customer wishes to cancel any services provided by AcademiaOne subsequent to a payment, then they must contact us and a refund will be issued.
